Rock & Roll Hall of Fame to Host Teacher Summit
The two-day event will include workshops, networking opportunities, exhibit exploration, and an exclusive Q&A session with Rock Hall experts.
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is excited to announce the Summer Teacher Summit is back! On Thursdays July 27th & August 3rd, the Rock Hall will provide teachers from around the world with the tools to incorporate Rock Hall EDU into their classrooms. There is no better way to engage, teach and inspire through the power of rock & roll than by working with the teachers that help make our world go round. The 2023 Teacher Summit will include workshops, tours, group activities, networking opportunities, and an exclusive Q&A session with experts from the Rock Hall’s award-winning education, library & archives, and curatorial teams. On top of all of these exciting events, July 27th onsite attendees will be given free admission to the museum on Friday, July 28th!
The Summit offers two options for attending this year: the first day is on July 27th and will be an on-site event with 40 people allowed in person. Accepted Onsite attendees will receive a Visa gift card ($250) as compensation for travel expenses and paid parking for the day. The second day will be completely virtual for all attendees on August 3rd.

- Workshop Series Featuring a range of ways to bring rock & roll into the classroom
- “Voice your Choice”- Participants will select and make a case for their own mock Inductee Class after receiving an explanation of the Rock Hall’s Nomination and Induction Process
- Rock Hall Education Team Q&A
Thanks to the American Electric Power Foundation, registration fees will be waived for selected participants. AEP has been a leader and generous supporter of Rock Hall EDU since its inception, and the foundation has played an instrumental role in helping this free, digital education platform reach over 1.2 million students worldwide. Attendance to the 2023 Rock Hall Teacher Summit is valued at $250.
Following the Summit, attendees will receive 60 days of access to recorded materials.
