ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD CHAIR, CHRIS KELLY; ADDS SIX NEW TRUSTEES TO ITS BOARD
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has announced Chris Kelly as its new board chair for a three-year term, as well as six new members to its board, bringing the current total to 88 active members across various industries and around the globe. Kelly is a Partner at Jones Day, with more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, nationally and internationally.
Nationally, Kelly is a member of the Board of Trustees of Canisius College, as well as a Board Member of Captains for Clean Water, an organization dedicated to cleaning up and preserving the waters of Florida. In Northeast Ohio, he currently serves as a Board Member of the Catholic Community Foundation, EDWINS Foundation; and serves as a Trustee of the Kulas Foundation. His extensive philanthropic leadership has included co-chairing the United Way Campaign (2017-2018) and co-chairing the Host Committee for the 2016 RNC.
The six new trustees are Chris Fralic, of First Round Capital; Heather Kosoy, Founder and Artistic Director of 2Hoops Productions; Marne Levine, businesswoman and former Chief Business Officer, Meta, and COO of Instagram; Jennifer Parmentier, CEO, Parker Hannifin; Eddie Taylor, President, Taylor Oswald; and Sarah Zimmerman, President, Astor Street Foundation.
This group joins 82 existing and active board members to guide the museum’s various programs and initiatives throughout the year, comprised of business, industry, and community leaders from around the world.
The board supports the nonprofit educational organization’s mission to engage, teach and inspire through the power of rock and roll. Focus areas for the board in 2025-26 include the Museum’s lakefront expansion project, the continued growth of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s free online education platform Rock Hall EDU (reaching more than 1.5 million students worldwide), the 40th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony taking place this fall in Los Angeles, and featured exhibits, including our “SNL: Ladies & Gentlemen 50 years of Music, ” which opened to the public earlier this summer.
“We’re excited to announce and welcome this incredible group of individuals, who much like rock & roll come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. Their experiences will combine to enhance our board and bolster the future of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum,” said President & CEO, Greg Harris.
Other exhibits currently running at the Rock Hall include our “2024 Inductees Exhibit” featuring artifacts from Cher, Ozzy Osbourne, Mary J. Blige and more from the class of 2024; “Revolutionary Women in Music,“ “Bon Jovi: Forever,” and “1984,” which explores the biggest year in pop music’s history and includes rarities from artists such as Tina Turner, Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna and more.

Chris Kelly, Chair
Chris Kelly is a Partner at Jones Day, a corporate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. He regularly advises SEC reporting companies on corporate governance, board of directors, securities laws, stock exchange rules, and related public company regulatory compliance matters. He has represented corporations and financial institutions in diverse domestic and international corporate finance matters including public equity and debt offerings, Rule 144A high yield offerings, private capital raisings, reorganizations, restructurings, recapitalizations, and acquisition transactions.
Notable corporate clients include Lam Research Corporation, Goldman Sachs & Co., KeyCorp, National Fuel Gas, Olympic Steel, Owens Corning, TransDigm Group and Treehouse Foods, Inc.
Chris was cochair of the Greater Cleveland United Way Campaign (2017-2018) and served as one of the four co-chairs of the Host Committee for the 2016 Republican National Convention. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Catholic Community Foundation, EDWINS Foundation; and serves as a Trustee of the Kulas Foundation. Several of his investments became public companies including Roblox (NYSE:RBLX), Warby Parker (NYSE:WRBY), and Double Verify (NYSE:DV). Some of his investments have been acquired include Ring (Amazon), Hotel Tonight (AirBnB), Flurry (Yahoo!), Invite Media (Google), Demdex (Adobe), Adaptly (Accenture), Yapta (Coupa), CoTweet (ExactTarget then Salesforce), Troops and Clipboard (Salesforce), and Arbor.io and Circulate (Axciom).
Chris has over 35 years of technology industry experience, with significant Internet business development roles since 1996. He was VP of Business Development at social bookmarking and tagging company del.icio.us through the Yahoo! acquisition. He was also an early employee and VP of Business Development at Half.com starting in 1999, and after the eBay acquisition spent six years at eBay in a variety of business development, media, and entertainment roles. Chris has attended the TED Conference for over 25 years and worked with them in 2006 to help launch TEDTalks, which has now been viewed over 10 billion times. He teaches and guest lectures widely and is involved with several non-profits and museums.
Heather Kosoy

Heather is the wife of David Kosoy, Founder and Executive Chairman of Sterling Global Financial. Together, they have worked to support causes such as the Bahamas National Trust, the Bahamas Feeding Network, and Lend A Hand.
Marne Levine

Marne Levine was the chief business officer at Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook, Inc.) until February 2023. Previously, she was the first chief operating officer of Instagram.
From 1993 to 2000, she worked at the United States Treasury Department on issues like the 1997 Asian financial crisis and predatory lending. She was the chief of staff from 2001 to 2003 for Harvard University president Larry Summers. From 2006 to 2008, she was a product manager at Revolution Money. From 2009 to 2010, she served in the administration of President Barack Obama as the chief of staff for the National Economic Council and special assistant to the president for economic policy.
Levine was vice president of global public policy for Facebook from 2010 to 2014, when she became the first chief operating officer of Instagram. In 2018, she became the vice president of global partnerships, business, and corporate development for Facebook. In June 2021, Levine was named chief business officer of Facebook, Inc. which was renamed Meta Platforms. She stepped down from the role in February 2023 but will remain with Meta until summer to help with the transition.
Levine is a member of the board of Lean In, a non-profit founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg to empower women. Levine is also on the board of directors of Chegg and Women for Women International. She is a member of the Trilateral Commission.
Jennifer A. Parmentier

Jennifer A. Parmentier is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Parker Hannifin Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
Before she became Chief Executive Officer in 2023, Parmentier served as Chief Operating Officer starting in 2021, with responsibility for all of Parker’s operating groups. Sarah O. Zimmerman
Sarah Zimmerman serves as the president of the Astor Street Foundation, a family foundation that focuses on the state of Wisconsin but also makes grants nationally. She earned her J.D at Yale Law School and practiced general and appellate litigation at the San Francisco firm Rosen, Bien, Galvan & Grunfeld. After leaving the firm, she taught Advanced Brief Writing as an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School.
In 2024, Sarah joined with fellow lawyer Tonit Calaway to form Boss Babes, Inc. They recently acquired Downer Wine & Spirits, a cherished wine and liquor store located in Milwaukee’s East Side that opened in 1934. They made the acquisition with the intention of preserving the tradition of excellent service to the community and contributing to the unique and vibrant energy of the Downer Avenue neighborhood.
Sarah has also served on the boards of organizations including The Milwaukee Art Museum; Lynden Sculpture Garden; Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design; University School of Milwaukee; the Bradley Center Sports & Entertainment Corporation; and 88Nine Radio Milwaukee.
Eddie Taylor
Eddie Taylor, Jr. is President and CEO of Taylor Oswald, a venture between Oswald Companies and Mr. Taylor. Oswald Cos. is one of the nation’s largest independent, employee-owned insurance brokerage firms while Taylor Oswald is the largest minority-owned insurance brokerage firm in Ohio. Eddie has previously owned or operated companies in a variety of industries including warehousing and distribution.
A native of Northeast Ohio, Mr. Taylor, is a graduate of Allegheny College. He is a past Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Allegheny College. Eddie was founding Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Leadership Center. Additionally, Eddie is the former Board Chairperson of the Cuyahoga County Citizens’ Advisory Council on Equity (CACE), University Hospital’s Cleveland Medical Center and the Greater Cleveland Chapter of The American Red Cross.
Currently, Eddie serves as a Board Member for the Burton D. Morgan Foundation, University Hospital’s Cleveland Medical Center, the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, Greater Cleveland Partnership, and other nonprofit and company boards. He completed the Executive MBA Program at the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. Eddie is also involved with various other entrepreneurial activities.
