Fan Vote Badge & Promotional Reward Program Official Rules

Effective Date: 25 Feb. 2026

1. Overview

The Fan Vote Badge & Promotional Reward Program (“Program”) allows eligible users to earn digital badges and, at certain milestones, unlock promotional discount codes redeemable in the Rock Hall online store for participating the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s (“Rock Hall”) Fan Vote.

Participation in the Program is free. No purchase is required to earn badges or unlock promotional codes.

Program Period: The Program shall begin on February 25, 2026 and shall continue to run until Friday, April 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. E.T.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to registered users of the Fan Vote website worldwide. Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, to redeem promotional discounts in the online store. The Program is void where prohibited by law. The Rock Hall is the sole judge of eligibility and may determine that a Submission or Participant is ineligible to participate in the Program for a variety of reasons not described here but at the sole discretion of the Rock Hall.

3. Agreement to the Official Rules

Participant’s participation in the Program constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Rock Hall, which are final and binding.

4. How Rewards Are Earned

Participants must register for a Fan Vote account by entering and confirming an email address or using a Facebook, Google, or Apple account. As Participants participate in the Fan Vote, they may earn badges and unlock promotional discount codes by completing specific milestones, including but not limited to voting streaks, total votes cast, and sharing activity.

Milestones and eligibility thresholds are determined by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and may be modified at any time.

Rewards are issued automatically once the applicable milestone is achieved and verified.

5. Promotional Discount Codes

When a Participant completes ten (10) total votes, it will unlock a promotional discount code of 10% off a qualifying purchase redeemable in the Rock Hall online store.

When a Participant completes fifteen (15) total votes, it will unlock a promotional discount code of 15% off a qualifying purchase redeemable in the Rock Hall online store.

Promotional codes:

• Are valid only for purchases made through the official Rock Hall online store;

• Must be entered at checkout;

• Have no cash value;

• Are not refundable or redeemable for cash;

• May not be combined with other promotions except for valid Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & Museum membership discounts;

• May be subject to product exclusions, shipping limitations, or minimum purchase requirements; and

• Do not apply to applicable shipping charges, taxes, fees, surcharges and similar charges.

Expiration: Promotional codes expire on or before April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. E.T.

Promotional codes may be used by eligible customers while valid. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame does not guarantee that promotional codes will remain active beyond their stated expiration date.

6. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any promotional code at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Technical issues;

• Fraud prevention;

• Abuse or manipulation of the Program;

• Operational or business considerations; and

• Any forces beyond its control.

7. Abuse & Fraud

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Program may result in:

• Revocation of badges;

• Deactivation of promotional codes;

• Suspension of user access; and

• Other action as determined by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

8. Participant Warranties and Obligations

By participating in the Program, you agree that you have full right and authority to enter and participate in the Program. You are solely responsible for your participation. All participation information is deemed collected in the United States.

Participation is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited restricted by law. You are responsible for checking applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction before participating in the Program to make sure that your participation is legal.

By participating, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to participate on your own behalf and that your participation: (i) does not violate the rights of privacy of any person or entity; and (ii) does not and will not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation.

A breach of any of these warranties will result in the corresponding participation being invalid, as well as other legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Program, each Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Rock Hall, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, as applicable, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising out of your participation in or association with the Program or the promotion discount codes. The Rock Hall is not responsible for any miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, related technical failures, or other failures related to hardware, software, or virus, or incomplete, late, or misdirected Submissions. The Rock Hall reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Program should any causes beyond the control of the Rock Hall corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Program, and to determine winners from among Submission not affected by the corruption, if any, in its sole discretion

The Rock Hall is not responsible for technical malfunctions, network issues, system errors, or other problems that may delay, interrupt, or prevent participation or reward redemption. The Rock Hall is not responsible for electronic communications or emails which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in any email account to receive email messages. The Rock Hall disclaims any liability for damage to any computer or mobile device system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, the Program.

10. Privacy

Participants agree that personal data submitted and any other information provided in connection with the Program may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Program and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy found at rockhall.com/privacy-policy.

In addition to the uses of personal information described in that Policy, the Rock Hall will use information you provide through entry into the Program to administer the Program.

11. Severability

The invalidity or un-enforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision was not contained herein.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Claims arising out of or connected with this Program, or the rewards and discount codes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Participant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction.
