The Ohio City Singers Bring Family Show to the Rock Hall Stage-Saturday, December 14
With a series of annual, high-energy end-of-year shows that inspire fans to belt out many of the band’s original 60-song holiday catalog, The Ohio City Singers have become the soundtrack of the holiday season in Northeast Ohio. Their beloved family-friendly matinee has been going strong for over 20 years and will, for the first time, be performed on the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame stage.
Comprised of an all-star cast of Cleveland rockers, this 9-piece band originated from a Christmas party many years ago. The collective is equipped with electric and acoustic guitars, mandolins, pianos, dulcimers, drums, and bells. The lineup features: Chris Allen (vocals, guitar, mandolin), Austin “Walkin’ Cane” Charanghat (vocals, guitar), Don Dixon (vocals, glockenspiel, trombone), Doug McKean (vocals, piano, saxophone, banjo), Kelly Wright (vocals), Meredith Pangrace (vocals, accordion), Matt Sobol (vocals, 6- and 12-string acoustic), Brent Kirby (vocals, drums), and Dave Padrutt (vocals, bass).
Parking: Paid meters and parking lots are available around the museum on East 9th St., Erieside Ave., Alfred Lerner Way (in front of FirstEnergy Stadium) and at the Great Lakes Science Center. You can also use these links to park in other downtown lots, reserve your parking spot in advance or to take public transportation.
