A donation in honor or memory of a loved one is a powerful way to pay tribute to their passion for music, while supporting the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s mission to celebrate the sound of youth culture and honor the artists whose music connects us all.
Whether you’re commemorating a milestone, marking a special occasion, or remembering someone who loved music, your gift helps fund educational programs, preserve iconic artifacts, and bring unforgettable experiences to fans around the world.
When you make an honorary or memorial gift, you’ll have the option to send a personalized notification to the individual or their family.
Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) Contributions
You can contribute to your donor-advised fund (DAF) and recommend grants to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. To make a donation, please consult your sponsoring organization and review their guidelines for advising contributions.
If you have a DAF giving account at Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or BYN Mellon Charitable, you can recommend grants to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame using the DAF widget on this page.
- Select the sponsoring organization from the “Donate now from” drop-down menu.
- In the “Designation” field, include your name, the purpose of the gift (e.g. annual fund/where it’s needed most), and “Rock & Roll Hall of Fame”.
- Enter the amount (in U.S. dollars) you would like to recommend in the “Amount” field.
- Click the “NEXT” button to proceed to your DAF provider’s website to complete the transaction.
