The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum (“Rock Hall,” “we,” or “our”) Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information. It is our intention to adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA). This direct notice describes our practices of collecting, using, and disclosing personal information about children under 13. We also suggest you review our general Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- Parental Consent Required
Your child provided your contact information to allow us to provide you notice and get your consent to allow the child to download content from our Site. We offer all Rock Hall guests an opportunity to engage with interactive experiences at the Museum. These experiences may allow a visitor to create videos, take pictures of themselves, and create other non-personally identifiable content.
Rock Hall does not direct any of its content or experiences directly to children, but we are aware that children may interact with our on-site experiences. Therefore, we have an age screen to download content from our on-site experiences.
Once we learn that a visitor is a child seeking to download content, we seek parental consent before allowing the download. Subsequently, we delete the contact information of the children.
