Soaring up to 160 feet, our glass monument to the history of Rock and Roll presents a stunning sweep of Downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie. For groups of 20 - 2,000 people, we offer the perfect twist to your traditional gathering. From casual receptions to formal dinners, wedding receptions to holiday parties, we can guarantee your guests have never experienced a venue quite like this.

The Rock Star

Entire Museum

You and your guests have exclusive access to the entire building for the evening; seven floors of exhibit space, the exterior plaza, and multiple areas for mingling and dining.

This package is available Thursday through Tuesday from 6:30pm until 2am. It is NOT available Saturdays during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day). 

Reception style - 2,000 people

Full seating - 660 people

Lights, Camera, Action!

The Lower Level

Located right on the water, the Lower Level has amazing views of FirstEnergy Stadium and the William G. Mather Steamship. Gather outside the Main Exhibit Hall as you enjoy delicious food and beverage in the presence of Museum artifacts, such as Janis Joplin's Porsche and Van Halen's 1980 World Invasion Tour drum set.

This package is available year-round on Wednesdays from 5pm until 9pm. Also available on Saturdays during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) from 5pm until 9pm.

Reception style - 150 people

Full seating - 130 people

The Cafe

Located on the third floor, the cafe provides amazing interior views of the levels below. You also have access to our outdoor balcony, overlooking Lake Erie.

This package is available year-round on Wednesdays from 5pm until 9pm. Also available on Saturdays during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) from 5pm until 9pm.

Reception style - 100 people

Full seating - 75 people

Behind "The Wall"

Located on the fourth floor, your event takes place behind Pink Floyd's "The Wall" exhibit. Enjoy stunning views of Downtown Cleveland as you enjoy cocktails under The Teacher's supervision. Don't be surprised if the 28 foot long inflatable moves and reminds you, "If you don't eat your meat, you won't have any pudding. How can you have pudding if you don't eat your meat?"

This package is available year-round on Wednesdays from 5pm until 9pm. Also available on Saturdays during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) from 5pm until 9pm.

Meetings

Meet to the Beat

Located on the third floor, our private "Meet to the Beat" conference room is located right outside of the Hall of Fame. Plan a lunch or host an intimate reception, followed by the opportunity to explore all the Museum has to offer.

The room comes fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a built-in projector (affixed to the ceiling), a sound system, and a conference phone. There are also outlets and power strips lining two of the walls to ensure that you stay connected all day.

This package is available Thursday through Tuesday from 7am until 5:30pm, and Wednesdays from 7am until 9pm. Also available on Saturdays during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) from 5:30pm until 9pm.

Classroom style / U-shape - 26 people

Reception style - 40 people

Full seating - 40 people

The Foster Theater

Located on the fourth floor, our state-of-the-art Foster Theater is ideal for your next presentation or lecture.

The theater comes fully equipped with a moveable podium, Wi-Fi, a projector system with 3-D viewing capability and 18' x 24' screen, live-streaming capability for audio/visual conferencing, and a high-definition camera and recording system to tape events. There are also 6 channels for wireless and lavalier microphones, a 40 channel hardwire input, and a Dolby 7.1 surround sound and digital sound console.

This package is available daily from 7am until 5:30pm.

Stadium/Auditorium seating - 163 people

Full-Day Meetings

Looking for non-traditional? We've got you covered! Start the day with breakfast and coffee on the Cafe Bridge, watching Cleveland's beautiful sunrise. Then, head up to the Foster Theater to conduct your morning meeting in our state-of-the-art theater. When you're ready for a break, come down to the Lower Level for a lunch reception overlooking the water. Make sure to check out the 9/11 Memorial Guitars and Joan Jett's Jaguar before you head back upstairs. Once business is done for the day, head into the exhibits and browse around. The combinations are endless, so be sure to contact the Sales Department to get started!

Close out your school year in style at Cleveland's most recognizable landmark, giving your classmates an evening they will truly never forget!
