Requests to visit the Museum
Please email or fax your request at least one week in advance of your anticipated visit, on company letterhead, to 216.515.1284. Please include the following items:

If you would like to request an in-person, on-camera, phone or radio interview with one of the many experts at the Museum, please email Shauna Wilson. Please provide as much information as possible about your interview and media outlet with your request.
Video or Photo Shoot Requests
If you would like to shoot photo or video for print, online or broadcast purposes, please email Shauna Wilson with your request. Please provide as much information as possible with your request.
There is no fee for editorial use. Please view our Electronic Media Resources page for a supply of approved photos. Please credit all photos: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
Artist images: The Rock Hall has secured very specific rights for images of artists used on this web site and throughout the Museum. The majority of the time, we do not have the rights to give you permission to use these photos.
Requests for Press Releases
If you are a member of the media and would like to receive the Museum’s press releases electronically, please contact the communications department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Radio Broadcast Requests
Radio stations interested in broadcasting live from the Rock Hall’s Alan Freed studio, please email Lisa Vinciquerra.
