Have a question for the PR department at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum? Here is all that you need to know!

**Are you a member of the media and want to visit the Museum? Please send your fax request, on company letterhead, to 216.515.1284, attn: Jenny Steadman. Please include the following items:

date you would like to attend the Museum
how many tickets you are requesting
the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets (photo ID needed. please use real names)
contact information to confirm request

**Request to use a photo of the Rock Hall or of an exhibit. There is no fee for editorial use.

ARTIST IMAGES: The Rock Hall has secured very specific rights for images of artists used on this web site and throughout the Museum. The majority of the time, we do not have the rights to give you permission to use these photos. However, we can let you know where we acquired the photo from.

**Request to shoot video at the Rock Hall. Please provide a much information as possible in original request.
