  • Customer Service Positions - Security and Visitor Service Representatives
  • Manager of Sales - Job No. 1409 - The Manager of Sales reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for sales of the Museum's facility rentals program, generating revenue, acquiring new business, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. 
  • Education Assistant - Job No. 1501 - The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is currently considering applicants for the position of Education Assistant.  The Education Assistant reports to the Vice President of Education and Public Programs and the Director of Education and is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to assist in the efficient operation of the Education Department and for providing administrative support to the Vice President of Education and Public Programs as needed.
  • Membership Representative (seasonal) - Job No. 1502 - The Membership Representative reports to the Director of Development Operations and is responsible for selling and promoting memberships in support of the Museum’s strategic objectives. This position serves as primary point of contact for prospective new members, determining their needs and offering the appropriate membership solutions.

The Museum accepts employment applications for Visitor Service and Security Representatives on an on-going basis. There are no job numbers associated with the Visitor Service or Security Representative positions.

Volunteers

Volunteers or roadies have the unique opportunity to contribute their gift of time and talent to the world's only Museum devoted to the celebration and preservation of rock and roll music. While there are limited volunteer opportunities, roadie applications are always accepted. We will contact prospective roadies who have the appropriate skill sets and availability when an opportunity arises. Please click here to apply.
