The 27th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony returns to Cleveland for a week of events beginning April 5, 2012 and culminating with the Induction Ceremony on April 14, 2012.

Please note: There may be other opportunities to see the Ceremony and participate in other events. Leading up to the Induction Ceremony on April 14, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will host more than a week of special events, including the grand opening of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s new Library and Archives, tours of the newly-redesigned Museum interior space, the unveiling of a major new exhibition, a Rock My Soul gospel tribute concert, a free concert for Cleveland and much more. ·    When and where is the Induction Ceremony?
The 27th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at historic Public Hall in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

·    Which artists will be attending and/or performing at the Induction Ceremony?
Participating and performing artists will be announced in the coming weeks.

·    Is the 2012 Induction Ceremony open to the public?
Yes. Rock Hall member pre-sale begins Friday, December 16th at 10 a.m. EST. Tickets to the general public go on sale Saturday, December 17th at 10 a.m. EST See above ticket information for more details.

·    Does having access to the Member pre-sale guarantee me tickets?
No.  The pre-sale gives you an advance opportunity to purchase tickets, but does not necessarily guarantee that tickets will still be available at the time of your order.  (Note: if unable to purchase during the Member pre-sale, you still have the option of participating in the public sale on December 17 at 10 a.m. EST.)

·    Are seats at the Induction Ceremony assigned or general admission?
All seats have assigned numbers.  Everyone who attends must have a ticket (regardless of age). Please note that tickets are for assigned, upper-level seating. Floor seating is not available.

·    Does the phone number to purchase tickets take you to a live or automated system?
You will speak with a live person when ordering your Induction tickets over the phone.

·    Will I know my seat location when ordering?  Is there a way to view available seats?
You will be informed of your seat location when you purchase your tickets.  You will be given best available seats when ordering.

·    What is the difference between the $50 level and the $100 level tickets?
Like with most other concert venues, ticket prices are tiered by proximity to the stage. The $100 tickets are closer to the stage than the $50 tickets.

·    What methods of payment are accepted when purchasing tickets?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are the only methods of payment accepted online and by phone.

·    I live outside of the United States. Will I be able to purchase tickets via phone or online?
Yes. Fans who live outside of the U.S. are able to purchase tickets either online or via phone.

·   What are the delivery methods for Induction tickets?
You may choose to have your tickets delivered by U.S. Mail, FedEx or option to print-at-home.

·    Will I be able to select an option to pick up my tickets at Will Call?
No. Will Call is not available for bowl seating pick-up prior to or on the day of the induction event.

·    If I have chosen the print-at-home option for my tickets, will I be able to make changes to my order after I have printed them?
Once you have printed your tickets, your order is complete and there can be no changes made at that time.
